There's HEAPS of parking outside the complex or in the public car park across the road.

YES! We have 2 bathrooms with a shower in each, as well as a "get ready" station.

We have a Little Lifters Zone that isn't staffed but is fully visible from the gym floor at all times. Kids that aren't training need to be in the Little Lifters Zone at all times & must be accompanied by their parent/guardian if using the bathroom. At no time are children allowed on the gym floor.
