Where is Lift HQ located?

You'll find us at 12/12 Lagoon Street, Sandgate. We're in the same complex as Cafe 63 & across the road from Jeays Hardware.

Where do I park?

There's HEAPS of parking outside the complex or in the public car park across the road.

Do you have shower facilities?

YES! We have 2 bathrooms with a shower in each, as well as a "get ready" station.

Do you have a creche?

We have a Little Lifters Zone that isn't staffed but is fully visible from the gym floor at all times. Kids that aren't training need to be in the Little Lifters Zone at all times & must be accompanied by their parent/guardian if using the bathroom. At no time are children allowed on the gym floor.
