Controlled, strong & full of power. Our strength based class gives JACKED vibes. Focusing on either upper body or lower body strength.

RUN-LIFT
A high-intensity cardio-focused which includes either a run or work on our skis, rowers & bikes.

BOX
Hands down, our favourite form of cardio. Introducing you to the basics of Muay Thai Kickboxing whilst allowing you to switch off & focus on the pads.

YOGA
Twice a week, allow yourself to fully switch off & focus on restoring your body and mind. The perfect wind down & reset we often need.

SPICY
Our signature HIIT session! You'll be leaving this full body sesh redder & hotter than a hot tamale.
