Service Description

You're encouraged to come & do your own training session during our Open Gym access. There'll be a Coach present, but no specific class being run. If you're training for anything in particular (ie HIIT Games), if you want to improve your burpee fitness, deadlift strength - Open Gym is for you! We will also be writing a workout on the chalkboard for you to complete if you don't have a set plan to follow, but would still like to move your bod. You do not need to book for Open Gym however we will have it displayed on the booking app to reduce confusion, please feel free to book if booking helps hold you accountable.
